Paid MTN contract in full but on blacklist

I cancelled my contract with MTN when the 2 year contract period expired about 3 months ago already. This week I apply for a loan to buy a house and get denied a bond as there is a adverse against me. I follow this up by paying for a credit health check and MTN is showing as the company that has a adverse against me! I know for a fact this has been paid of and its been impossible to get a number to call to get this adverse removed from my name that was wrongfully added by MTN. The service was bad when I was a client but this is taking their bad service and inefficiency to another level! Do NOT do business with this company, because it seems like you will have to regret it forever. One of the biggest moments of my life ruined because of this useless company.
