A SHIPMENT FROM HK ARRIVED IN JHB ON THURSDAY (21.03.2013), CALL CNTR PHONED ME TO ADVISE ME AND ASKED FOR MY IMPORTERS CODE WHICH I GAVE TO HER. SINCE THEN THERE HAS BEEN NO FURTHER CALLS FROM DHL. I HAVE MADE 5 PHONE CALLS TODAY ONLY TO BE TOLD I WILL BE CALLED BACK EACH TIME. TODAY I FIND OUT THEY SENT THE INVOICE FOR DUTIES TO AN INCORRECT E MAIL ADDRESS, I GAVE THE CORRECT ADDRESS AND MADE PAYMENT BY 10.51AM, SENT POP TO [Email Removed] AS REQUESTED. THEY CLAIM MY PAYMENT CANNOT BE TRACED, I PAID FROM ABSA TO ABSA.
NOW AT 1700, CLOSE OF BUSINESS, NOT ONE PHONE CALL FROM DHL STAFF.
JUST SIT BACK AND WAIT, DONT WORRY ABOUT THE CUSTOMER
