I write this complain with the highest of irateness i can express! this is my story-i went to STD bank on the 14/02 and requested that my home loan be placed on hold for 2 months due to my financial situation-spoke to Martin@credit re-habilitation, he transferred me to Candice@credit assist i was told to write a letter which i done and faxed and emailed it off on the 14/02.i then heard NO response from you.i then made several follow up calls and was pushed from post to pillar&was told a manager would call me on by the 28th/02-NO ONE DID! i then made more calls and was told to a complaint at the complaints division ref#367552083&smsed me ref 32513014-STILL no one has called me! you debited the money i very nicely asked you to hold back for 2 months. Today i spoke to another onsultant who never even had the decency to provide me with a ref.number! its my 7th call to Std bank and STILL no one bothers to helo me! im of and sick of Std banks treatment towards me as their client! i am going to the Oubudsman if i dont hear a reply withing 48working hours! this service is behond SICK!!! i want my money back i requested to be on hold!
