PAYING FOR CALL LINE IDENTITY WITH NO SERVICE

I have been paying for call line identity for years now. The last eight months have been a nightmare. I have logged a fault online (Telkom website) many times. I would say about 8 times. I am given a reference number and then I get feedback that the fault has been repaired which it has not. In our line of business, we need to be able to phone our clients back in emergency situations and that is why it is so imperative to have this service working at all times. I have phoned the call centre and lodged a complaint and spoken to so many people who deactivate the service and then reactivate it and still nothing happens. We only get "unknown" or "withheld". I have phoned the accounts and have told them to stop charging me for this service and they continue to do so. I was offered another service by a call centre agent where we would get 150 free minutes and call waiting, call line identity and call forwarding. I subscribed to this and still nothing has changed. I am now paying for two services and not getting any benefit. Can I please have call line identity activated.
