CANNOT GET TELKOM TO CANCEL CALL FORWARDING

On 30th November, I had to have our faulty line diverted to our other number. We are an emergency services company and we could not receive calls. I sent a few emails to Telkom asking for the special form that needs to be filled out in order for the call divert/call forwarding to be activated. I got the form, filled it out and emailed it back. Telkom then repaired the line and I have sent so many emails to Telkom asking them to cancel this. My emails are read and nothing has been done. The big worry here is that I am paying another service provider for calls and I am also paying Telkom for the same calls. I also signed up for another service with Telkom and was told that I could manually do the call divert/forwarding together with free minutes and other services. This service cannot be activated until the call forwarding has been cancelled. I have paid for this service for two months and have been able to use it. Can someone please cancel the call forwarding and activate the other service. This is the second time that I have had this problem and I dont know what is going on with our call line identity either. I have paid for this for at least 8 mths but nothing happens.
