Cancelled email address

Transfered account holders name, than Telkom cancelled the one email address completely without any permission, wich is a very important and primary email address whereby all our necessary document are send at. This happened after we made various calls and visited two brances, they said everything is fine and works but now they cancelled the primary email address aswell!
