Very poor customer service

I wanted to cancel my virgin mobile contract both of my line after 2 years on the 4 of june.( there rates is to high and the
black listed me after the first month as a bad payer and it was ther error they billed me incorrect) Cici mabena was the 'chap' how help me on the fone, she told me that the rate is down to 99c per min/ per second billing (virgin to virgin) and to other networks it will be r1.25 per minute/ per second billing. So i upgrade both of my line, she told me i will get my new cell fone in 5-7 working day. After many fone call and plenty of eccuses i recived 1 cell fone on the 5th of july. I fone them again on the 8th july and Cici Mabena told me my other line is inactive, i told her i am calling
from that cell!! she had no anwser, so she told me she will sort this matter. I told her if she is not going to sort itout i will raise a complaint. She ignored me so i did raise a compaint at customer care, the call me 2 day late with more ecusses. Now if you fone them for a update Cici mabena is not available or busy on the line or on lunch or sick. I am still waiting fo my other cell fone, So i am pay for a cell i dont have!!
