Firstly I was given the phone without a sim card, I was told to buy the sim I will get reimbursed for that after doing that and sending the receipt to Shareeka I even struggled to get my refund, I received an email from Shareeka (the supervisor) telling me that she will authorize my account to be credited, I received two statements for July and August and nothing was credited.

All I'm asking from MTN is stop lying to customers, they treat us like gold once you take the contract everything changes they forget about you and the promises they make and when you try to call them you get poor customer service from their call centre agents, I've sent Shareeka several emails which she's not responding to.

I would say this again I regret taking contract with MTN and I wouldn't advise any of my family members to use MTN ever, I'm so annoyed.

Hopefully someone from MTN will respond when they see this because I tried calling Shareeka and sending her emails but no luck.
