I applied online for a data contract on the 17th of April 2013, Abel processed my order the item was sent to the courier company RTT in Middelburg and the whole truck got hijacked which means I never received the item, I phoned MTN and spoken to someone at the call centre which they said that they will send a request to resend the data contract to me, which I then never received, after which I phoned again and again until end of June when I received a bill of 75.00 rand which MTN will deduct the 1st of July, I then phoned them spoken to someone again and they told me they will send an email to Abel and his supervisor Sherika to give me a call after that I have paid the 1st of August again for something I dont have and everytime I phone MTN Abel is busy on the line and the people who is assisting me sends him and Sherika email to give me a ring to sort this problem out, I also work in sales and I have never been so pathetic to not phone my customers within the first 24 hours I have never received this bad service in my life and if MTN doesnt resolve this in 24hours I will have to find out if there isn't a different way to handle this. Abel needs to phone and sort this out immediatl
