Double Billed since 2011

Vodacom has been taking two debits off my account since December 2011. I contacted customer care and they asked for my bank statements, direct from the bank with the stamp. I got these together and mailed the cutomer care department on 26 October 2012.
3 months later no response and no contact - thats another 3 months that I have been debited twice and most likely will happen again this February
