I HAVE JUST HAD REPLIES FROM YOU AND UP TILL NOW AND WE ARE NEARLY AT THE END OF JANUARY!!! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE SO FAR ABOUT THE INVESTIGATION - OR SHOULD I ASK WHAT IS THE RESULT. THIS IS PATHETIC TO WAIT SO LONG AND ON THIS END I AM JUST KEEP ON PAYING. ONE OF YOUR CLIENT SERVICE PERSONNEL SAID IT IS SMS'E THAT IS R2984.00 - HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE, I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH THIS DELAY. HOW CAN A PERSON SMS TO THIS HIGH AMOUNT, I REALLY THINK I SMELL A RAT. I HAVE EVEN BEEN SAID SOMEONE WILL PHONE ME IMMEDIATELY BUT THAT DID NOT HAPPEN AT ALL.
YOUR SERVICE IS REALLY RAISING EYE BROWS! ABOUT MY COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS BAD INTERNET CONNECTION WE HAVE HERE I DID NOT EVEN GET AND ANSWER BACK. JUST A NUMBER AND THEN IT STAY THERE. PLEASE IF YOU DON'T LIKE TO KEEP YOUR CLIENTS HAPPY PLEASE ANSWER US PROPERLY AND ATTEND TO QUERIES AND RESOLVE THEM FAST. THEN I WILL PROMOTE MTN. I AM TIRED OF COMPLAINING ALL THE TIME - DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS AS IN YESTERDAY!!!
