So I have been an MTN client forever... and my voicemail has been routed to email until approx 2 weeks ago. So I try to log onto MTNACTIVe and it no longer know me... I try and re-register and the OTP reaches me 4 hours after the request. So I mail on the the call centre 16th of jan, on the 17th Keegan responds and asks me to phone the call centre. I respond that I want a mail response and a reset of my account and Jadewyn respionds on the 20th of jan that my query has been escalated... today is the 22nd of Jan. In 7 days MTN have been unable top phone me or mail me about my issue... does this sound like customer care? you people are shocking... I may need to re-evaluate my options on contract upgrade.
