Account bill R2000 over specified limit

I setup a limit on my account for R50 so that the line will be soft locked when it reaches R50. The account went over the R50 and is now at R2500. Not getting any response when asking for assistance and now I am expected to pay.

I put the limit up for a reason.

M14012294 is the IM logged for them to look at it.
