My landline phone and ADSL line are out of service. The problem was reported to telkom on the 30th of December 2013, Ref 932CRK301213. This matter was escallated on the 13th January 2014, ARS571406. There is still no feedback from telkom. I tried to cancel the service from Telkom, TOC 890966415 and no one cares.
