Telkom line faulty

Good day,
as we are a business with important clients i really need my telkom line in working order i reported
the fault already on Monday 02/12/2013 through ythe internet Telkom sent me an sms saying they will atend to the problem it's
Wednesday nothing has been done when you look up the fault progress still the same. i tried calling the
call centre numerous times and no answer please hold is all you get so in the mean time we lose business.
this is unexaceptable.
