ACCOUNT BLOCKED FOR NO REASON

Good Day.

This morning I want to make a phone call with no luck. My number 072 199 49 59 blocked with the number of my assistant 0814281645 as well. This is the only 2 numbers on my account.

Beginning of Jan. there was an amount of R8000 taken from my account. I phoned immediately and the answer was that there was unlimited calls on the contract that added up to nearly R6000. Nobody could explain why and the case was send for investigation. I did a return on the money at the bank as I am not willing to pay for a service I did not receive. I phoned twice again and nobody could give me any answer to why the amount on my account is so high. They promised to get back to me within 3 days. Gues what. They did not. Poor service from my side? No. So why not yust phone and say please can we correct your account and send me the correct billing info and we can arrange for payment. I phoned 3 times. They did not contacted me once. Pathetic.
Now I cant phone becouse mistakes on *tas side. I never had this problem with any serves provider before and will definaltley considder to never use 8 ta again.
On my latest statement the correct billing amount show again. Who needed a christmas bonus?
