On 25 june 2013 i received my bill for my cellphone contract. i saw that i had been miserably overcharged and immediately phoned the customer services to rectify the incorrect billing on my account, so that no extra moneys will be taken off my bank account.by the end of last week i was assured that the correct amount will be deducted from my bank. needless to say they took off the wrong amount from my bank. now they are telling me that they can refund me the whole amount but then come the end of this month i will have to do a manuel payment. or they can give me back only part of my money. either way it will take up to ten working days!!! i find this totally unacceptable as they took my money right away and now i have to wait to get my own money back. i want the full amount back and i refuse to make a manuel payment as this is not my mistake!!!
