Still waiting for a refund after 7 working days

I bought a hands free kit just before xmas which was not compatible with my fiance' s car. I went back to the store on 10 jan and spoke to either a Justin or Jason and told him the situation. I indicated i wanted a refund if they could not provide me with a kit compatible with the car. He gave a different kit to see if it would fit on the sun visor but it was clear that clip would wear out. He even went with to car and saw what the issue was. He called the manager who said they have to check with the parrot rep first as this could be a manufacturing fault. So we had to wait till the 13th for an answer. The consultant said he'd call us. On monday we got no feedback and went to the store. Spoke to Ashley only to find out the guy who was supposed to call us was off. I explained why I was there and requested a refund. I then had to fill a form and was told I would get the money within 48 hours. I called the store on thurs to inform the manager I never got the money. Ashley said there's a backlog at head office. Monday 21 jan still no payment received. I was told the payment was made. To date I am STILL waiting. I have never waited this long for any refund! This ridiculous!!!
