I requested an upgrade for my wife as a birthday present on 28th Dec expecting delivery within 24 hours as per Vodacom.

After many frustrating calls and stories (details of persons I spoke t can be provided) - at my insistence, I eventually spoke to a manger Masilo who said he would look into the matter since Vodacom had a one stop resolution policy. He agreed to upgrade the contract to the S4 mini LTE. & 8bg card given the lengthy delay and poor service received I even confirmed with him that the upgrade monthly payment would remain unchanged

The phone was received but without the 8gb card as per the upgrade. No further communication was received by us since.

To compound matters on Sunday19 Jan, when I phoned Vodacom I was advised that the contract was for R387 -a I far cry from the R249 contract we wanted.

I requested that the upgrade be cancelled & was advised the return would take place within 48 hours. I confirmed this with the agent (again)

When this did not materialize, my wife called Vodacom she was told that the agent was incorrect and that the return would take place with 15 days.

This service is appalling - my wife is a client for over ten years
