Failure to Deliver what was promised

I renued my contract with Autopage on the basis that I will qualify for the discount that i was getting on my previous contract, i was promised this by their head office and also by the store, the store told me that Clinton the regional manager will sort this out as he sorted this out on my previous contract. i have since phoned over a dozen times to the call centre and i keep getting promised that it will get sorted out, to date it is not sorted out, the contract was renued in Mya 2013.
