Four days and still no feedback from service provd

On 16 Jan 2014 after being without any telephone lines and ADSL for two days, I logged a telephonic complaint with Telkom Customer Service. I did not receive any feedback and went to their branch in Silverton, where I reported the matter. I was informed that the service technician will attend to the matter on Friday 17Jan 2014. Friday passed and no one came to light to assist with the matter. On Monday 20Jan 2014 I went to telkom three times, only to hear that the call has been logged and that the technician has 72 hours to attend to the matter. I was advised that if this was not resolved by 8am on 21Jan2014, should return to telkom Silverton. We went back to the branch and they advised us, that the query is still pending and that they cannot log another query as this will prolong the service even longer to a minimum of 5 days. Currently I have no access to mail, internet nor my telephone line. I however pay my accounts in good time, however it seems the loyal relationship is not mutual. This is highly unacceptable!!
