This will be the 3rd post in 12 months time. On the 4th of September 2013 I received a new refurbished phone clear of data after fighting with and corresponding with various departments at Vodacom and Vodacare and the Technical support department. Yesterday 20 January 2014 the scroller on my Blackberry Curve 9300 stopped working again. This after 5 and a half months of having my handset This has mostly been the problem with the 5 or 6 new refurbished handsets Vodacom has given me in a period of 24 months. I am to wits end on this, there is and never were any reassurance on any of these handsets. If there is a major fault on the whole manufacture of the Blackberry Curve 9300, why is it still being sold? So many phones in a period of 24 months all with the same major problem. I now believe my warranty has expired. What should I do??? Everytime I send my phone in, I have to wait up to 3 months without a phone. This is ridiculous. I have send a email to Centurion Vodacare. Please do not tell me to send my phone in again, I have up to now heard every single promise every single employee could give. No word was kept.
