6 refurbished Blackberry Bold 9900 in 12 months

I upgraded my Blackberry to a Bold 9900 in October 2011. Since then I have received 6 refurbished phones in 12 months, due to various problems with the handsets. Ever since the 4th incident I have asked Vodacom to supply a new phone, every time they say they will write a motivation to Blackberry as this is their decision, and every time since then I have still received a refurbished phone. The phone I currently have is still not 100%. Luckily I only have 4 months left until I can upgrade, definitely moving on to something else.
