I recently amended my banking details and went into your Cape Gate store to make a payment as the debit order was returned.

I paid an amount of R1400 as I was told that the change would not be in time for the end of Dec run, but was still debited at the end of the month for the same amount. I have spoken to your useless 808 call centre on numerous occassions and also went into your TygerValley store last week who logged it again. Still no joy - today I phoned again and spoke to Lindiwe who confirms that nothing was done yet. I was given the number of a credit controller who I needed to contact. I explained to her that I already tried calling the number more than once but there was no answer. She gave me another number as well and assured me that I will get hold of someone there.

After 5 minutes of listening to a phone ring I am still no closer to getting my money.

Disgusted by the level of service at MTN the past few months. Seriously reconsidering my upgrade and porting to Vodacom
