I have had a Game card for a few months and last month was my first debit order. I went to the TygerValley store where I have applied for the account to find out why is it that they never debited. I was told the debit was returned unpaid. After being on a call with an RCS agent, they had debited using the wrong account details. I do not understand how they would have the wrong banking details. I had to pay in cash and we changed the banking details. Today, I visit the store as yet again the debit did not go off. I am told by the agent they have at the store that they're offline and I would just have to call the call centre or come back - what I got from this is 'tough luck'. I contacted the call centre at 1h40 and it was like the agent were conspiring as she also told me that I need to call back. After telling her that I expect her or somebody to take my details and look at my account and call me back, she then put on hold without the courtesy of telling me 'please hold' and five minutes later returns to take my details. I cannot believe this the level of service Game or RCS has to offer. I'll not have a bad 'non payment' profile because of this. Please sort yourself out
