Hi,
I would like to thank Shannen Koekemoer for going an extra mile and her hard work for resolvng my cell phone problem that was caused by Foschini one to one department. It was tough and she didnot loose hope and she kept on trying and contacted Foschini via email and calling them too while she was resolving my problem.
Foschini switched off my cellphone on the 28th of Decemeber 2013 and I reported the matter at Foschini on the 2nd of January 2014, since then my cellphone was not working and she could not RICA it successfully because of Foschini changing my cellphone from prepay to a contract without my permission.
Shannen resolved my query today the 21st of January 2014, my cell number is now activated as a prepaid.
