BEWARE Cell C gives wrong info to TRANSUNION ITC

My insurance has paid off my cell contracts in full. amount of R7240. Cell c accountsw consultants call and tell me my account is in arrears. i tell them i am a prepaid customer and send them the proof of payments. this has happened 3 times, and they all appologise and say they will escalate the matter and sorry for the inconvenience, they will update the records

to my utter shock and disgust they have on my credit report that i owe cell c the very same amount. i want this update to transunion removed ASAP. i still have the proof of payment, and i can provide on request. next step is ICASA as Cell C has been a bad service provider from last year. as yet no follow up or resolution.

can anyone help me get my good name back!?? the staff at cell c are untrained, incomepetent and highly INEFFICIENT. Cell c is getting a terrible name and reputation as a result.
