Foschini really does after being a loyal client for so many years. I took my phone in for repairs on the 27th Dec 12 on the 8 Feb 2013 I received a call from Mbali Foschini Cresta who advised that my phone is ready for collection on the cal she tells me that i am liable for a fee of R200.00 i sed to her no one mentioned that i wud need to pay anything thing as rudely as she was she said that I should go n read my receipt HELLO it doesn't state there on my receipt that I am liable for any kind of fees. I called foschini customer care and d person gave me this no 021 937 4479 to cal til date no one has bothered to blady call me back WDF goes on there @ foschini i refuse to pay anything Especially wen i have been paying cell phone insurance for the past 3 freaken years. i am so fed up really this is beginnig to work on my last nerves.
