Mtn rip off

I have been a mtn contract client for the pass 6 ears and have had numerous contracts with MTN, lasy year may i took out a blackberry 9790 imei number 35091053165057 the phone has been giving me software problems ever since until it eventualy crashed i sent it in for repairs and after following up today was quoted R2000 for drop damage, i dont give a flying as to what consultant claimed that the phone has beem droped i am the customer and the customer is always right the phone was sent in for a software problem not a freaking face lift I EXPECT psitive feed back or i will be taking matters further an taking my business elsewhere, its a known fact that blackberrys devices are problematic therefore i refuse to pay that absurd amount for a problem phone never in the 6 years that i have been a client have i ever recieved such service i expect this matter to be dealt with and i want positive feedback or you people will be hearing more of me.
