I am a Telkom ADSL subscriber. Despite numerous calls and subsequent apologies, Myself and i am sure half of South Africa are unable to connect to any international servers at the speeds we are paying for, Telkom has had a problem with their international browsing since the 6th and has done nothing about it,
I feel i am being defrauded by being charged for a service that is not being provided
