They take your money but no results from them

From rude in store agents to incompetent call canter agents, They took my money last week Tuesday and was promised my phone to be delivered in 5 working days, after calling in between the 5 days apparently my order was not even processed and was only processed today on the day delivery was supposed to happen. I am minus money in my account and also minus a phone in my pocket as well what kind of back handed business is being run by H8ta. I must say for being quite new in the mobile business the attitude and lack of competence is overwhelming judging that you have been around the telecommunications business for a while very disappointing service and rather take money after the client has been satisfied because then expectations will not be as high. This is completely unacceptable and I am infuriated by the lack of consideration shown by your staff
