Completely lack of concern and support

I'm completely appalled by the lack of support and interest shown to the students of Unisa. There is no call centre. I have to send an email and this only gets reponded to 5 days later. I registered for 3 modules on 18/12/2012, Unisa processed my applicaltion a month later and only processed one module. It is now 22/01/2013. I have been calling Unisa since 18/01/2013 which was when my registration was processed to enquire but the phones are always not answered! Registration closes on the 25/01/2013 and i have no way of sorting this problem out in time due to Unisa's lack of concern and support.
