Do not do business with Mobile Talk!!!

Tresha Heerarall phoned me and sold a Telkom contract to me. Offering me benefits that does not go with the package i bought. I immediately cancelled it but the phones were dispatched to me. i send the phones back 2 days after receiving them. Tresha also promised that NO money will be deducted until i activate the contract.
They have however taken money and sine the 21 January Kirk and Siphiwe has been promising me the money in my account the next day!!! i have spoken to Siphewe again this morning 28 January 2014 who promised to phone me back.
PLEASE HELP!!! Please do not do business with Mobile Talk!!!
