Bad Service-still has no working phone after 7 att

It is a long story - I went to Vodacom for a renuwel on my wife's phone which is in my name - I had problems with the phone - Till today after going to the Vodacom shop 7 times to sort out this issue I still do not have a working phone - I called the customer service helpline about this issue and there respnce was that is is not their problem it is the shop's problem - I have 4 accounts with Vodacom and if this is not resolved I will go to another service provide
