Empty promises

More than a week ago I was contacted about a complaint that I had. Elite Mobile made me an offer which I accepted. They said it would be finalized the next day. It never happened!

Is this reflecting on the company, on how they care about customers and about people?

Is this deal now off? According to me, after evaluating the offer, it seems that they just wanted to get rid of a complaint.

Really not good!
