Good day to the reader.
I have already deal with Elite Mobile regarding the subject and according to the manager on duty I would be refunded for the fees I have been charged.
My complaint this time is that after been said that the deal is off, I got another bank notification that Vodacom SA subtract R99 on 30 September 2013. What I want to know is how can this be happening? Also give Vodacom a call on Mondaty to get an answer on this, the operater said its not Vodacom who made the payment, its Elite Mobile. Can someone please phone me on this problem?
