I requested an upgrade on the internet and the phone was delivered faulty. I requested for the phone to be replaced and I was send from pillar to post. I then complained on hello peter that was when I got help. I requested to keep my old number and when the replacement phone came I got a document stating that my old number will be used. I then assumed that it was done. Little did I know that it was not, I only found out today that the number was not transfered to the upgrated deal. When I request tht from the call center iwas told that it cannot be done. My querry is how did I end up with the document confirming tht I will keep my number and what about those free megabytes and minutes I was supposed to be getting?
