No Stock for S4mini

I ordered a phone online, then Stanton called to tell me that my deal is being approved, then he told that i will be getting my phone within three days working days, oh well i thought oh that is great service, only to find out that the service is not what i expected, oh don't get me wrong Stanton is a very good consultant he tried everything that he could to help me, however he could not anymore as the refuse to invoice as there is no car charger i mean really a CAR CHARGER . Stanton thanks for updating me but however I'm not happy with the service provided if i knew it was going to take for ever then i would have not said NO, on that i dont think i will recommend anyone to use altech ever. This is the worst service ever. I really would like to get my phone tomorrow. I must say, i am are really disappointed with your service, how can a client wait for a phone for this long?? The most annoying part is that nobody knows when the stock will be available.
