Vodacom didn't attend to the problem as promised!

During the last couple of months our Vodacom signal in our area has deteriorated so badly that making a call you are sure to be dropped at any time during the call. Logging into the Internet is a huge problem and very, very slow.
I reported it to Vodacom, got a reference number and that's it. Nothing. Problem is still here.
