Not installing new service

I have received numerous SMS's from Telkom telling me that they will install my new DSL line on a specified date. Each time I had to take leave and stay at home waiting for the agent to come and install the service. Today was the 3rd no show and I'm not sure what to do anymore. There is no communication and no person to speak to? How is this possible and the 10210 just never answers - I was holding for over an hour today and 74 minutes on Friday?
