My telephone is out of order since before Christmas. I keep reporting it and when I follow up weekly, I find out that the fault has been removed by the technicians in Bloemfontein without repairing the faulty line. I have asked nicely, screamed and shouted and tried everything. Their vehicle is regularly seen driving past my farm without stopping by to repair the phone.
I am a single woman living alone on a farm and need the Telkom phone especially for safety reasons. I don't have a strong cell phone signal here. Clearly Telkom has no regard for us. If I new who the head of Telkom is in the Free State, I would contact that person directly, but it seems impossible to get in touch with any of their personnel.
PLEASE GIVE THEM ALL!!!
