Cancelling of data contract

I called the contact centre to cancel my data contract and was told I have to go into the branch. On the 6th of Jan I went to the Clearwater branch and had to fill out forms after receiving horrible service. I was advised that I will only be billed for this month as my contact expires on the 12th and will receive an sms stating it has been cancelled. I have not received any feedback which is why I called today and spoke to Tshediso Modise and Nhlanhla Sibeko. Miss Sibeko was unhelpful and told me I would still be debited in February as the request was not actioned. I asked to speak to a manager and was placed on hold for over 10 mins and the call was cut. I am extremely annoyed by the service and am yet to receive any feedback from anyone. What must one do to get proper service from you??? My ref number is 7367812
