ADSL Application a waste of time

Applied on 12 Dec. 2013 to transfer my ADSL to my new premises - was told this was the quickest and easiest option. I received absolutely NO feedback as to the status of my application.
Phoned again (1st week in Jan) and was told "your application is under investigation, we will contact you within a week". No-one contacted me.
Phoned again today to be told there is no infrastructure. (although the previous owners of the property still have an active number through a different service provider).
Asked who I can escalate to - was told "no-one - phone 10210"
Insisted on speaking to the call centre Manager - was disconnected.

Telkom obviously don't want my business so I will go to another service provider.
There is absolutely no concern for clients, and service is shocking.
I empathise with the call centre agents when their management clearly don't have the ability / are unwilling to sort out their customers queries and issues.
It seems like this company is a big ship without a rudder.
