I Complained on Helo Peter and Mtn did not solve the problem. I went to the branch and Mtn cannot help. I e mailed and Mtn says it is at Legal. I wanted to ask a straight forward question. What am I billed for? analysis... that is the question. I cannot phone form a data card to 808. Why does Mtn not give you information? Mtn just replies on helo peter. But they do not respond back or phone you. I'm not phoning into their offices and billed for that. I do not use 3g -for more than 6 months. I took out a capped contract. I was billed R1700. how unethical is that? I paid it>>>now I'm asking what are the outstanding amount for?
