FOURTH COMPLAINT - NO FEEDBACK - APPALING SERVICE

Fourth time! I complained about Helo Peter on Helo Peter... guess what, I keep getting the same reply... Planet Fitness has other clubs which I am welcome to use... this is hilarious, because that is exactly my PROBLEM!!! I don't want to use other clubs - it is inconvenient. I cannot use other clubs, because after a YEAR, my TAGS is STILL NOT SORTED OUT!!! I am still waiting for someone to contact me, NO ONE comes back to me!! Now that I have skipped one payment - GUESS WHAT!!! Immediately i got response...
