Incorrect Contract Activated & Billed, No Response

I emailed on 29/06/13. Received an automated response stating they would respond within 24 to 72 hours. I again emailed on 12/07/13 and phoned last week. A lady said I was in a queue and they had to listen to my original call where I applied for my contract and that I'd be refunded what was wrongfully billed. I explicitly said I wanted a top up deal. I confirmed this over and over again with the employee. For the past few months I have been billed for everything I do. I took it into the Cell C shop in Davenport, they looked up my number on the system and declared that I was put on a post-paid contract. This is absolutely unbelievable and unprofessional. Cell C has charged me and not notified me after 100min/100sms/100mb saying I need to top up, but rather billed me for everything. This is completely unethical. On top of that, phone calls made to my number constantly go to voicemail & callers have to try a few times before getting through me if at all. I have tested the phone, and it seems to be the service provider at fault. And the "mobile data" barely ever works and all internet transactions only work in wifi areas again. What am I paying for actually? A service that doesn't work?
