I have cmplaint about Credit Card service last month and i'm doing it again this month and I will keep doing it until i get satisfactory service and answers from Absa Credit card department. They do not come back to me, when i phone i get number after number and speak to consultant after consultant and no one knows what they doing and no one is prepared to find out either. There went unauthorised debits through my account since January and when i took it up with them the promise was to investigate come back to be and maybe refund me. I reported this to the disputes department and the department when i phoned the department they say the case must be refered as by the disputes department before the can work on it at that was not done, so it is not a case. Speaking out on Helo peter did not help much either as i had no responce from anybody since my last complaint on helo peter, but at least gives me satisfaction that others will see and be wary of service delivery of any kind from Absa Credit Card Department.
