Shocking Client Service - Dont care attitude!

Being a proud Vodacom customer since the 22.11.2000 (13yrs 2 months) from prepaid to contract I recommended them to friends and family. On the 13.01.2013 I took out another 2 contracts (My Gig2 Promo with router & Flexi 100 package) To my existing shock I have had nothing but bad news and a "Dont care attitude" from them. The router -R102 that they gave did not connect to internet. I went back to the store the 14.01 and their tech guy Graig set up the device. It worked for an hour. Next day tried to log onto internet again, NOTHING. Called 082155 spoke to 8 different consultants ovr 3 days "trouble shooting" and eventually was told that a tech would come to my house but it take 3-5 days. Yusuf Abrahams came Monday 20.01 and said that the device does not work. I then drove back to the store only for sales person & manager to advise me on their "terms & conditions" and NO to a NEW DEVICE . They need send the device away (3-5 working days) to verify that its not working and then they will be able to assist me. The joy of having the contract and being a Vodacom customer was obliterated! NO DEVICE! NO INTERNET! NO SERVICE!!! STILL PAYING FOR SOMETHING I HAVENT EVEN USED!!!
