A very close personal relative of mine went to the Vodacom 4 U in the Glen, and was "helped" by Sean and Johan. Johan can't seem to think logically about technical support, and Sean will blame anyone but himself for bad service. When a device isn't working because of the sim, you don't just send it in for 2 weeks without doing at least 2 tests: 1. Put a working sim in the new device 2. Put the new sim in a working device. He did neither of these test to determine the problem, nor after telling him to do this did he even attempt. The next day, when my relative came back, he even had the cheek to sneak out of the store so that he could not be confronted with his manager.

Sean also refused to be of any help, wanting to blame everyone else rather than just admitting that perhaps the store had given my relative a faulty device. The coward would not even give me his surname!

If I were Vodacom I would be ashamed to have people like this in my store.
