It is the second time I have to write a report about the same problem, It is the second time my cellphone contract gets removed from the system with out any reason or explanation. i phone the call centre to report the problem and their response is they will come back to me!!! Guess what?? They don't return calls, or a Sm's to indicate that they are still busy sorting the problem. All I ask is to get a clear explanation on WHY THIS IS HAPPENING??? It is an utter inconvenience to me as a customer, And worst of all I have to resort to Hello Peter every time before someone takes effort in sorting my problem.
